P. Neofytou & Associates LLC is looking for an experienced lawyer to join its team in Paphos.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Handling all aspects of Cyprus Company, Immigration and Real Estate Law
- Incorporating companies, completion and filing of company forms through on-line filing system of the Registrar of Companies
- Liaise with government authorities
- Reviewing and drafting of directors and shareholders’ minutes and resolutions
- Drafting M&A
- Reviewing and drafting agreements, such as powers of attorney and all other corporate documents
- Advising and/or assisting with structuring/negotiating agreements and other legal documents
- Providing legal support and advice to clients, concerning court cases
- Providing advice to clients on laws and regulations that pertain to real estate property
- Handling client due diligence and KYC procedures
- Drafting/reviewing/negotiating sales/services/lease agreements, and other legal documentation
- Handling all aspects of Cyprus Immigration applications – Pink slip, yellow slip, PR & Immigration schemes
- Interpret laws, rulings and regulations for businesses/advise clients concerning legal transactions and proceedings in general
- Maintaining legal and administrative files for all clients
- Handling the corporate administration of the department
Qualifications:
- Excellent knowledge of Cyprus Companies, Immigration and Real Estate Law
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience
- Member of Cyprus Bar Association
- Highly organized individual
- Ability to work under pressure and to abide by strict deadlines
- IT literate
- Fluent written and spoken Greek and English (knowledge of Russian would be considered an advantage)
- Excellent communication skills
