The person who will be working with us will gain great exposure within the fields of: Finance PSP/EMI, Regulatory Authorities, Corporate Law, Contract Law.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Draft, prepare, review and negotiate various documents such as agreements, minutes, resolutions, applications, forms, questionnaires, letters, etc.
- Draft, prepare, review and negotiate internal documents such as policies, guidelines, frameworks, procedures, manuals, instructions etc.
- Participate in basic negotiations with third parties, communicate with relevant authorities.
- Communicating with other departments of the company and/or affiliates and/or associates of the Company in relation to corporate affairs of the company
- Filling with the registrar of companies
- Manage corporate matters (recording keeping, updating, performance of necessary filings etc.)
- Conduct various legal projects and other duties as assigned
- Assist with the preparation of bank forms;
- Assist with employment matters (contract drafting and documentation collection in communication with the HR department)
- Evaluate business partnerships
- Attend legal meetings of the company when needed
- Regulatory review
Requirements
- University degree in Law.
- Successfully completed the Cyprus Bar Association exams
- Speak and write fluently in Greek and English
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Maturity in handling confidential information
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced business environment.
Not necessary but will be considered a plus:
- Previous experience as a corporate lawyer and/or in data privacy, Fin-tech, Banking, E-money and PSP.
