Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for  Know Your Customer and Client Due Diligence Procedures
  • Provide assistance to the AMLCO including update of the AML software, update of AML manual and update of internal controls and procedures
  • Review and update of Client Permanent Files
  • Developing training materials with the AML Officer in order to provide on-going training to employees
  • Update of bank receipts and payments of the office in the accounting software (training will be provided by the office).

 

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor/Master degree in Law
  • Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent command of the English and Greek language
  • Excellent communication skills including written and verbal
  • IT literate
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • The person must be eligible to be employed under HRDA Scheme (Maximum 8 months of experience).
  • Accounting work -any experience OR LCCI diploma in accounting will be considered as advantage
  • Knowledge of EBOS will be considered as advantage
