Qualifications Required:
- Qualified Lawyer / Member of the Cyprus Bar Association
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a corporate lawyer
- Highly organized and detail-oriented person with the excellent communication skills
- Excellent spoken and written English and Greek is essential
- Willingnessto handle large volumes of work independently after a short period of training
- Ability to work well under strict deadlines
- Minimum Upper Second-Class degree in Law (or another undergraduate subject with subsequent GDL)
- LLM in corporate or commercial law will be considered an advantage
- PLC will be consideredan advantage
Job description:
- The successful candidate will have the opportunity to advise the firm and its clients in relation to different fields, mostly on matters of corporate, contract and property law and take an active role in business strategy
- Assisting in the preparation of minutes, agreements, legal opinions and other legal documentsfor a wide variety of companies
- Performing detailed practical research on an array of different areas
