We are currently seeking to recruit a high caliber individual as Supervisor - Legal Administration for our office in Limassol. CPM in one of the leading providers, of full range of Fiduciary and Administration services in Cyprus. 

 

Job responsibilities

·        Reviewing and preparing of various documents and forms (minutes, resolutions, power of attorneys, etc.)

·        Maintaining of the statutory records and ensuring that the client companies meet all legal obligations

·        Reviewing the documented Annual General Meeting minutes

·        Reviewing the changes in company structures, such as change of Company directors, secretary, registered office, shareholders, authorized and/or other issued share capital

·        Drafting all necessary changes with regard to various company documents

·        Reviewing all necessary paperwork in relation to change of officers, change of name and change of registered office

·        Motivating, coaching and developing direct reports, whilst communicating and delegating effectively

 

 

Requirements:

•       University degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance or any other related discipline

•       At least 5 years of relevant experience

•       Excellent knowledge of the Cypriot Company Formation and Registration Laws as well as the Company Law

•       Strong attention to detail

•       Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written

•       Excellent computer literacy

•       Strong time management skills

•       Results driven and client focused

•       Knowledge of the Russian language will be considered an advantage
