Due to increasing work in our offices in Nicosia we are seeking to recruit a highly talented and motivated litigation lawyer to join our team.
D. Hadjinestoros & Co LLC is a law firm established in Nicosia providing legal services since 1983. We are committed in providing our clients with the highest quality legal, litigation and advisory services.
Responsibilities:
· Draft pleadings and other court documents.
· Appear before the Courts in all Districts.
· Draft contracts.
· Provide clients with opinions on matters of Cyprus Law.
Requirements:
· At least a 2:1 or similar degree from an English or Cypriot University.
· Fluent in English and Greek.
· Member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
· At least one year post training experience in litigation.
· Experience in the field of drafting and appearing before the courts.
· Experience in hearings will be considered an advantage.
· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
· Bar Professional Training Course or Legal Practice Course will be considered an advantage.
· Attention to detail and well organised.
