We are looking to recruit a corporate lawyer to join our commercial department, in Nicosia.
Candidates should have 4+ years PQE on company law matters especially reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements including SPAs, SHAs, JVAs and handling finance, banking and M&A transactions.
Experience in partnership agreements, agency, franchising and distribution agreements and advising on competition law and other regulatory matters (SE and CySec) will constitute an added advantage.
Excellent spoken and written Greek and English are essential as well as good computer literacy skills.
