We are pleased to invite you to our upcoming online workshop, Judges & Collective Redress, part of the webinar series launched in 2022 and co-organised by BEUC and the European Commission. This session will take place on Wednesday, 4 December 2024, from 10:00 to 12:00 CET via Zoom.

The Judges & Collective Redress webinar series seek to foster awareness about collective redress and offers a forum for discussing the challenges of handling mass claims. This year’s session will address three key topics:

  • Procedural rules for cross-border collective actions
  • Judicial case management techniques, with perspectives from the Netherlands
  • Latest updates on collective redress from the European Commission
