UAE legal company is looking for a litigator in its Cyprus office.
⠀
☑️ Key Duties/Responsibilities:
⠀
• Work within the litigation department.
• Working on interesting and challenging cases.
• Drafting, reviewing and evaluating pleadings and court documents.
• Contract creation.
• Appearances in courts and other tribunals in litigation, arbitration and administrative matters and conducting the relevant hearings.
• Provide opinions and advice to clients.
• Negotiating.
• Legal research.

☑️ Key Skills/Experience:
⠀
• Educated to degree level in Law or related field.
• Member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
• 5+ years of legal post qualification experience in litigation.
• Excellent command of Greek and English language, both written and spoken and computer literate.
• Ability to multitask and use critical judgment.
• Experience in criminal law is considered an advantage
• Hard working, able to meet deadlines, pleasant personality, able to work in a team environment and/or alone.
