We are looking for a banking/corporate lawyer, with a minimum of 5 years experience well versed in giving opinions in banking transactions, drafting documentation in banking related transactions, share purchase agreements, articles of association and shareholder agreements as well as managing transactions. Fluent knowledge of English is a must.
Exceptional candidates with less experience may also be considered.
Salary in the region of: €75.000
