Chrysses Demetriades & Co. LLC is seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator for our Nicosia office. Candidates should possess the following:
Qualifications/Skills:
- University/College Degree/ Diploma;
- Previous experience in a similar position;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English language;
- Organizational and communicational skills;
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office applications, Word, Excel, Outlook etc.);
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handling and supporting a portfolio of corporate clients and dealing with the daily corporate administration;
- Preparing and reviewing legal documents (resolutions, minutes, powers of attorney and other corporate documents and agreements etc.);
- Keeping registers and other legal internal secretarial documents;
- Communicating with clients and other related parties;
- Preparing forms and filing documents with the Registrar of Companies;
- Incorporation of companies;
- Opening of bank accounts;
- Conducting due diligence on clients;
- Issuing invoices and relevant receipts;
- General handling of client inquiries and orders on a daily basis;
- Dealing with general administrative work.
