Our Corporate and Compliance team in Limassol is currently seeking to recruit a Junior Legal Advisor to join our expanding team.
The Requirements
- LLB or/ and LLM
- Member of the Cyprus Bar Association
- Law practice experience will be considered as an advantage
- Experience in drafting legal corporate documents will be considered as an advantage
- Excellent command of the English language
- Sound computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The Role
- Providing day-to-day legal support and advice to the management team
- Analysing, drafting and reviewing legal documentation
- Conducting due diligence work
- Representing clients on tax related matters
- Drafting and submission of petitions and appearance before the court
- Drafting of resolutions/ minutes/ POAs and review such documents
- Drafting of MAA
- Incorporation of companies
- Preparation of affidavits
- Trade Mark registration
- Registration of pledges
- Re-domiciliation of companies
- Merger and Acquisitions
- Liaising with the RoC
- Administration
