Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Know Your Customer and Client Due Diligence Procedures
- Provide assistance to the AMLCO including update of the AML software, update of AML manual and update of internal controls and procedures
- Review and update of Client Permanent Files
- Developing training materials with the AML Officer in order to provide on-going training to employees
- Update of bank receipts and payments of the office in the accounting software (training will be provided by the office).
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor/Master degree in Law
- Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Excellent command of the English and Greek language
- Excellent communication skills including written and verbal
- IT literate
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- The person must be eligible to be employed under HRDA Scheme (Maximum 8 months of experience).
- Accounting work -any experience OR LCCI diploma in accounting will be considered as advantage
- Knowledge of EBOS will be considered as advantage
