Our Law Firm K. Alexandrou Theodotou LLC is seeking to recruit a Trainee Advocate for our office based in Nicosia.
TRAINEE ADVOCATE:
The potential candidate will have the opportunity to work in the Litigation department of the firmwithvarious responsibilities ranging fromdrafting legal and other documents toassisting the firm’s attorneys and appearing in court with the guidance of a senior Advocate.
Responsibilities include:
- Drafting of legal and other documents
- Appearing in court with the guidance of a senior lawyer.
- Ad Hoc Duties as and when required
Requirements:
- Holder of a Bachelor degree in Law (LLB)[most preferably graduated from a UK and Scotland University]
- LL.M. (Master of Laws) or Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) or Legal Practice Course (LPC) will be considered an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
- Excellent knowledge and use of computers(ECDL)
- Able to meet tight deadlines
- Confidentiality, integrity and professionalism
