Job Description:

  • Handling of due diligence procedures, KYC
  • Maintaining and keeping up to date all the secretarial files and statutory records of companies;
  • Assisting the AMLCO of the Company
  • Assisting with the collection of KYC documentation.
  • Preparation of Client Acceptance documentation.
  • Data Entry in AML ERP
  • Data Entry in Corporate ERP
  • Maintaining Corporate Registers
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in corporate services
  • Fluency in Greek and English.
  • Knowledge of corporate administration procedures.
  • Maintaining due diligence process during the on-boarding of the clients and continuously during the engagement:
    • Collections of Know Your Client (KYC) documents, performing searches in open sources and special databases and other actions necessary for client verification, filling and reviewing KYC and bank forms, composing client’s profile and conducting risk grading
    • Performing ongoing KYC monitoring as per the company’s AML manual
    • Serving as the 1st contact point for clients, company’s employees and counterparties in all questions connected with KYC documents collections, update, certification, provision etc.
    • Updating of internal databases on the client, UBO’s and other matter as requested.

●   Maintaining clients files and providing necessary KYC documents to the  

     colleagues and counterparties as requested

●   Arranging for execution, certification and legalization of documents.  

●   Performing general administrative duties as required.  

 

    

Consider as a strong plus:

  • Handling the formation and registration of companies;
  • Dealing with execution of changes in the structure of companies (shareholding, directorship, share capital, name) and submission of annual returns;
  • Liaising with clients, external regulators and  professional advisers, such as lawyers and auditors;
  • Providing administrative support to lawyers;
  • Provision of assistance of liquidation proceedings;
  • Handling the client's portfolio concerning issues of resolutions, annual general meetings, powers of attorney, signing of documents, renewals etc.
  • Coordinate with registered agents overseas for the registration and de-registration of foreign companies.
  • Performing corporate administration for the entities in different jurisdictions including incorporation, liquidation and on-going corporate matters (knowledge will consider as advantage).
  • Drafting corporate and other documents such as minutes, resolutions, agreements, powers of attorney, registers and letters (knowledge will consider as advantage).

 

 

Qualifications required:

  • University Bachelor degree  and /or Master degree in a relevant field and/or
  • LLB in Law and/or Cyprus Bar qualified
  • and/or Business Administration
  • Fluency in written and spoken in English. Russian would be an advantage.
  • Experience with Quorum will be considered as an advantage.
  • Prior experience in Corporate Legal Services or a similar position which includes the abovementioned duties and responsibilities for at least three (3) years.
  • Strong business communication skills
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Able to work under strict deadlines.
  • Experience in corporate/commercial law, extensive experience in management of complex international business companies, KYC, International Law.
  • Diploma in Law, Business Administration, Economics or any other relevant filed.
  • CySEC AML Compliance certificate is an advantage.
  • Excellent command of English and Greek languages (knowledge of Russian will be considered as advantage).
  • Eligibility to work in Cyprus.
  • Computer proficiency
  • DAC6 reports ((knowledge will consider as advantage).

 

Key Skills / Experience

            Good organizational skills, ability to multitask and meet deadlines

  • Good communication skills and ability to work with clients.
  • Experience with AML and KYC procedures, DAC6 will be considered a strong plus.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office), Experience with Quorum will be considered a strong plus.
