Elena Hajiroussou LLC is seeking to recruit a Lawyer/Legal Advisor. The successful candidate will be expected to work at the Head Office in Nicosia, Cyprus and carry out legal advisory work.
Qualifications:
· UK Law graduate
· Cyprus Advocate License
Skills and Experience:
· Minimum of 3- 5 years post qualification work experience
· Previous experience in CySEC regulated entities will be considered an advantage
· Strong time management skills
· Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
· Ability to work under pressure
· High proficiency in both spoken and written English
· BVC/LPC will be considered an advantage
Responsibilities:
· Draft, review, negotiate and administer legal and transactional documentations
· Analyze legal issues relating to investment/corporate products
· Appear before the Court and handle Court cases where necessary
· Ensure compliance with AML legislation and carry out client due diligence
· Advise on corporate and/or commercial matters
· Provide legal advice and support on Cyprus law
· Analyze and identify legal risks and implications. Devise creative and practical legal solutions to meet business objectives
· Handle client due diligence structures
