Corporate & Office Administrator, Nicosia

Job Description:

The law firm P. Angelides & Co LLC in Nicosia is looking to add to their team a motivated individual as their Office/Corporate Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

o   Communication with clients on a daily basis and dealing with their everyday needs and corporate administration affairs

o   Undertake general office administration tasks including managing telephone enquiries in a professional manner, filing etc.

o   Preparation of applications regarding the incorporation of companies and for the opening of bank accounts and subsequent maintenance

o   Helping to draft correspondence (i.e. letters, emails, minutes, contracts etc.)

o   Out of office duties such as collection of post, going to government offices etc.

o   Ad Hoc duties as and when required

Requirements:

o   Educated to degree level in a legal, accounting or business field will be considered advantageous

o   Experience within the corporate services sector

o   Experience within the accounting sector will be considered advantageous

o   Fluent in both Greek and English (orally in written communication). 

o   Knowledge of additional language(s) such as Russian will be considered advantageous

o   Good computer skills, Microsoft Office & Internet

o   Professional personal presentation with a customer service orientation and enthusiastic team player

o   Highly organized individual who is willing to meet tight deadlines, multitask and work in a challenging work environment

o   Cyprus Work Permit (or EU citizen) and lives in Nicosia
