The Cyprus Bar Association informs its members that the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), in collaboration with the Financial Services Volunteer Corps (FSVC) and with the support of the U.S. Department of State, is hosting a virtual practical training on sanctions risk mitigation for Administrative Service Providers.

The training will aim to enhance private sector compliance with evolving sanctions requirements and improve risk mitigation in response to emerging evasion typologies. Experienced U.S. practitioners will provide practical insights and case studies tailored to Cyprus’ context.

Registration Details:

• Deadline: The deadline for registration is October 8, 2025. To comply with U.S. legislation regarding the provision of foreign assistance, all participants must complete the form in full before the deadline.

• Registration: https://forms.gle/N1JgqhgXQG9MzQwD8, the Zoom link will be shared via email with all registered participants after the registration period closes. Important Note: Certification and participation apply exclusively to the designated Zoom seminar for Administrative Service Providers, scheduled for the aforementioned date and time.

• Places are available on a first-come, first-served basis: Due to capacity constraints, a maximum of two representatives per institution may register.
