We have an opening for a corporate lawyer with the least 4 years post qualification experience dealing with the below areas:
a. Draft legal opinions as to the capacity and the authority of Cypriot companies to enter into transactions (normally for the benefit of international banks and global law firms)
b. Draft and/or review corporate finance documentation in accordance with Cypriot law including loan agreements, pledge agreements, charge security agreements and corporate/personal guarantees.
c. Drafting board and shareholder resolutions in relation to the relevant financial/corporate transactions.
d. Draft/review a wide spectrum of commercial agreements including share purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, joint venture agreements and subscription agreements.
e. Deal with M&A transactions and attending closing meetings in relation thereto.
f. Perform due diligence on companies.
Fluent in English as well as Greek.
An English university education is also an advantage.
