Compliance officer / Anti-money laundering officer in Limassol, Cyprus
Nasos A. Kyriakides & Partners LLC is looking to recruit a candidate to join their team for the position of the Compliance / Anti-money laundering officer.
Job Responsibilities
· To lead, evaluate, supervise and guide the company's compliance policies and regulatory reporting
· To research, examine and advocate new product offerings for the company
· Assisting to develop and oversee internal compliance control procedures in line with regulatory requirements and company's standards
· Analyzing changes in the Laws and regulations, keeping the Company's Internal Operations Manual up to date and monitoring implementation
· Overviewing and monitoring the Anti-Money Laundering processes and procedures
· Establishing, implementing and maintaining adequate risk management policies and procedures
· Identification of the risks relating to the firm's activities, processes and systems
· Monitoring and managing the risks
Required Qualifications
Job Requirements
· 2 years of experience in the field of Compliance, AML, preferably with experience
· Leading and supervising skills
· Good ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing the English language
· CySec Basic or Advance certification will be considered as advantage
· Excellent Computer skills - Microsoft Office
· Driven
· Ability to deal with difficult situations effectively and conclusively
· High level of integrity
· Team player
