As a Compliance Officer, you willbe an integral member of the compliance team, working closely with senior management and the Board of Directors to ensure AAATrade’scontinued compliance with regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensuring the AAATrade’s continued excellent record ofregulatory and legislative compliance
• Interpreting legislation and regulatory guidance and advising senior management accordingly
• Researching regulatory matters as they arise
• Providing guidance to other departments
• Ensuring marketing compliance
• Handlingclientcomplaints along with senior management
• Managing CySEC circulars by advising senior management and cataloging actions taken
• Producing and submitting reports toCySEC
• Maintaining AAATrade’s electronic records with CySEC
• Working knowledge of MiFID II and GDPR

Key Requirements

• Universitydegree in law, business or related
• Relevant work experience
• Languages: excellent English speaking and writing ability is required, Greek fluency is an advantage
• Positive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively and independently
