The company ANDREY ST. TIKHONOV & CO LLC is looking for a permanent secretary / operations manager for its office in Pafos.
The everyday duties of will include:
- Assist with client onboarding and communication.
- Communicate with lawyers, clients, stakeholders and banks for all operations of the firm.
- Perform internal quality control inspections to the Company’s quality control system
- Oversee the Company’s overall day-to-day operational and key administrative duties
- Looking after the office (informing the office requires paper, pens, coffee etc.)
- Keeping track of cases, especially court cases
- Managing client files and paperwork
- Arranging timetable and meetings
Ideal candidate should have:
- A bilingual proficiency in English and Greek, Russian will be considered as an advantage
- A degree in secretarial course of KES COLLEGE or of CTL COLLEGE will be seen as an advantage.
- At least three months of previous secretarial work experience (candidates with no experience, but with secretarial degree will also be considered).
- A good command of computer
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
- Very good organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Dynamic, with an ability to work independently at own discretion
- Previous experience with administration software will be considered as an advantage.
