Duties:
▪️ Meeting and advising clients concerning business transactions, claim liability, advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, or legal rights and obligations.
▪️ Interpreting laws, rulings and regulations for individuals and businesses.
▪️ Analyzing the probable outcome of cases, evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments in preparation of cases.
▪️ Representing clients in court proceedings.
▪️ Examining legal data to determine advisability of defending or prosecuting lawsuits.
▪️ Drawing up and analyzing legal documents.
Key Skills/ Experience:
▪️ Registered with the Cyprus Bar Association.
▪️ Minimum 4 years post qualification experience in Litigation Law.
▪️ LLM (Master in Laws) or LPC (Legal Practice Course) will be considered an advantage.
▪️ Fluent in English and Greek. Any other language will be considered an advantage.
▪️ Computer literacy is paramount.
▪️ Excellent communication and organization skills.
▪️ Team player.
▪️ Strong attention to detail.
