Haviaras & Philippou LLCwishes to employ a lawyer to join our Corporate Litigation team.
Duties of position:
- Reviewing, drafting and preparation of various corporate documents (agreements, resolutions, POA’s, M&A, Corporate Registers etc.)
- Communication with public authorities and external associates.
- Reviewing various types of agreements and contracts.
- Provide legal advice on corporate and/or commercial matters.
- Handling winding up/liquidation applications.
- Registration /applications for Trade Marks and related IP matters
Necessary qualifications:
- Law Degree.
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in Greek and English, both verbal and written.
- Computer Literate (Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Teams).
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Cyprus Companies Law.
- Fast learner, self-motivated, interested to expand his/her knowledge.
- Strong personality with Organizational skills, responsible, detail-focused, accurate, positive and supportive.
- Integrity, confidentiality, professionalism and a team player.
- Comfortable in multi-tasking and able to deliver results under pressure and tight deadlines
- Familiar with the liquidation process of a Cyprus Company
- Complex problem-solving
- In case of knowledge in Russian this will be considered as additional merit
