Lawyer
Responsibilities
- Court first appearances and hearings.
- Drafting of documents (i.e. pleadings, applications, submissions).
- Advice clients with structuring, drafting, reviewing and negotiation of contracts and other legal documents, especially in the fields of Conveyancing and Citizenship by Investment Schemes.
- Preparation of legal opinions and undertaking Research.
- Handling client meetings or provide support at such meetings.
- Handling residency permits and citizenship applications.
Qualifications – Skills
- Law Degree.
- Lawyer qualification from the Cyprus Bar Association.
- At least 2 years’ experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
