Athos Demetriou Associates LLC with offices in Nicosia are currently seeking to recruit a Lawyer to join the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department to work as part of a team of lawyers handling matters in intra-related disciplines.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Dealing with complex matters with multiple stakeholders;
- Advising on matters of Investment Services law and related advisory services;
- Meeting with clients;
- Preparing opinions and undertaking research;
- Representing clients before Courts and other authorities;
- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and concluding agreements/legal documents;
- Drafting Court pleadings
Key Skills/Experience:
- Law Degree
- Master’s Degree shall be considered an advantage
- Cyprus Bar Association qualification with minimum 3years of experience
- Experience in the Securities and Investment sector shall be considered an advantage
- Fluency in Greek and English (Written & Spoken) is essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and excellent computer literacy
- Strong team orientation, ability to work collaboratively in a team setting;
- Ability to multi-task in a busy and demanding work environment;
