George Komodromos LLC seeks to recruit a corporate lawyer for their offices in Limassol.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Corporate Lawyer located in Limassol. The role will involve handling day-to-day corporate and administrative legal matters, providing legal advice on corporate issues, drafting and reviewing contracts, preparing corporate documentation, liaising with regulatory authorities and ensuring compliance with applicable local and international laws.
Qualifications and Experience
- Knowledge of Corporate Law, Contract Law, Trustee Law
- Legal Advisory skills across corporate and commercial matters
- Excellent drafting skills in English and Greek, if required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Law degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Cyprus Bar Association
