We’re hiring: Lawyer-Dispute Resolution-Nicosia

Hadjianastassiou, Ioannides LLC is looking for a sharp and solution orientated litigator to join our Dispute Resolution team. This role is ideal for a lawyer who enjoys complex, high-value cases and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. If you are 4-5 years PQE and experienced in litigation, arbitration or regulatory disputes, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do:

• Represent clients in civil, commercial and administrative court proceedings
• Handle interim relief applications and urgent matters
• Draft pleadings, submissions and legal opinions
• Participate in negotiations and dispute settlement procedures
• Conduct legal research and case strategy development

What you’ll bring:

• Qualified lawyer, Cyprus Bar Association member
• 4-5 years’ experience in litigation or dispute resolution
• Bachelor of laws (LLB) or an equivalent university law degree
• Bonus: Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC)
• Bonus: Demonstrated experience in cross-border dispute resolution, involving interim relief applications
• Excellent English & Greek skills
