Η Δικηγορική Εταιρεία GEORGIOSDIOGENOUS& ASSOCIATES LLC, ζητά δικηγόρο για τα γραφεία της στη Λεμεσό. Ο/Η υποψήφιος/α πρέπει να κατέχει τα πιο κάτω απαιτούμενα προσόντα:
Απαιτούμενα προσόντα:
- Πτυχίο Νομικής από αναγνωρισμένο Πανεπιστήμιο (ΛΙΑΝ ΚΑΛΩΣ/2:1) .
- Εγγεγραμμένος στο Μητρώο Δικηγόρων του Π.Δ.Σ. και άσκηση της δικηγορίας για τουλάχιστον 5 συνεχόμενα έτη.
- Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε υποθέσεις που αφορούν μεταξύ άλλων, αστικό, ποινικό, ενοικιοστάσιο, εργατικό και οικογενειακό δίκαιο. Ιδιαίτερη έμφαση θα δοθεί σε υποψήφιο ο οποίος θα έχει προηγούμενη εμπειρία στο τραπεζικό δίκαιο.
- Εμπειρία στην διεκπεραίωση ακροάσεων.
- Άριστη Γνώση της Ελληνικής και της Αγγλικής Γλώσσας.
- Άριστη γνώση και χρήση ηλεκτρονικών υπολογιστών.
- Θα εκτιμηθεί τυχόν μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος και/ή LPC-BPTC.
- Ακεραιότητα χαρακτήρα, επαγγελματισμός, συνέπεια και εχεμύθεια.
Καθήκοντα:
Α) Σύνταξη νομικών και/ή άλλων εγγράφων, επιστολών κ.λ.π. συμπεριλαμβανομένου δικογράφων.
Β) Εμφανίσεις ή και ακροάσεις ενώπιων όλων των Δικαστηρίων και/ή Δικαστικών Σωμάτων της Κυπριακής Δημοκρατίας.
Γ) Διεκπεραίωση εξωδικαστηριακών υποθέσεων σε οποιοδήποτε μέρος της Κυπριακής Δημοκρατίας.
Δ) Συναντήσεις με πελάτες και αλλά νομικά και φυσικά πρόσωπα εντός και εκτός γραφείου.

Job Description
The successful candidate will work on a full time basis as part of a team of lawyers handling matters within the area of expertise of the litigation department in which they will be placed. The successful candidate will be reporting to a Senior Associate (Head of the respective Department) or to an Associate of the relevant Department.
Requirements:
- Law Degree.
- Lawyer qualification from the Cyprus Bar Association.
- At least 5 years of Litigation experience is essential ( civil, criminal, family law, rent and control , employment )
- Extensive experience in Banking law will be considered as an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
- Excellent client service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and excellent computer literacy.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Strong team orientation, ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage multiple deadlines in a busy and demanding work environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, responsibility, and professionalism.
- LLB (Bachelor of Laws) with a minimum grade of 2.1 (upper second) from a British University or equivalent;
- LL.M.(Master of Laws) or Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) or Legal Practice Course (LPC) will be considered an advantage;
- Fluent knowledge of Greek and English, both written and oral. Additional language shall be considered an advantage;
- Ability to write articles and manage the firm’s website;
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office Suite;
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure, excellent analytical and problem solving skills, ability to take initiatives, work under minimum direction and take responsibility for own actions;

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Conduct Court Hearings;
- Supporting and assisting lawyers of the Firm on their everyday court appearances and/or preparation of the cases;
- Drafting of letters, pleadings and legal opinions;
- Research of case law and statutes of Cyprus, UK and EU legislation;
- Research and advice on various legal matters;
- Liaising with Clients
- Representation of clients before the courts.
- Drafting pleadings, applications, oppositions and skeleton arguments, written addresses.
- Undertaking legal research.
- Attending meetings with clients.
- Assisting on the efficient management of workflow of the team
