Cyprus Law Firm operating exclusively in the field of securing compensation for personal injury victims.

 

Position

This is a great career opportunity for a self-motivated and energetic young professional to lead the day-to-day operations of the Firm. The successful candidate will receive training and report directly to the Owner of the Firm.

 

Main responsibilities include:

  • Assist with client onboarding and communication.
  • Communicate with lawyers, clients, stakeholders and banks for all operations of the firm.
  • Establish and maintain solid relationships and network with key contacts and stakeholders
  • Perform internal quality control inspections to the Company’s quality control system
  • Oversee the Company’s overall day-to-day operational and key administrative duties
  • Support the Company’s Manager with other operations
  • Assist with developing the local business
  • Perform KYC checks and due diligence procedures
  • Issue invoices, make and receive payments and update accordingly the internal accounting system. Liaise with third parties regarding invoices and contractual obligations
  • Produce and provide data and reports for financial and management accounting purposes

 

Profile of the ideal candidate:

  • University degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
  • This is a very demanding position geared towards a career oriented individual.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
  • Very good organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Dynamic, with an ability to work independently at own discretion
  • Computer literate – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Very good knowledge of Greek and English
