We are pleased to invite you to our upcoming online workshop, Judges & Collective Redress, part of the webinar series launched in 2022 and co-organised by BEUC and the European Commission. This session will take place on Wednesday, 4 December 2024, from 10:00 to 12:00 CET via Zoom.

 

Registration : To attend, please register here. Kindly note that participation is reserved exclusively for judges, members of the judiciary, and public officials of EU Member States. While attendance is free, registration is required.

 

The Judges & Collective Redress webinar series seek to foster awareness about collective redress and offers a forum for discussing the challenges of handling mass claims. This year’s session will address three key topics:

  • Procedural rules for cross-border collective actions
  • Judicial case management techniques, with perspectives from the Netherlands
  • Latest updates on collective redress from the European Commission
