The Judges & Collective Redress webinar series seek to foster awareness about collective redress and offers a forum for discussing the challenges of handling mass claims. This year’s session will address three key topics:
- Procedural rules for cross-border collective actions
- Judicial case management techniques, with perspectives from the Netherlands
- Latest updates on collective redress from the European Commission
