Extension of the Online procedure for the completion of the AML/CFT Questionnaire

Dear Members,

The Department of Supervision and Compliance of the CBA, announces that an extension is granted up until August, 31^st 2020, for the mandatory online submission of the AML/CFT Questionnaire.

It is emphasized that all supervised entities natural and legal persons without exceptions are obliged and must follow the online procedure of the questionnaire whether they offer administrative services or not. Specifically, all:

1. Lawyers
   • Directors / Employees of the LLC and/or ASP
   • Self-employed
2. LLCs
3. Partnerships
4. ASP (if it has customers and issues invoices)

The procedure covers the periods 01/01/2018–31/12/2018 and 01/01/2019-31/12/2019 and should be completed through the link: https://cyprusbar.org/LogInPageFill.aspx

In case the supervised entities do not comply with the aforementioned deadline, penalties will be imposed by the CBA.
