PAPANTONIOU & PAPANTONIOU LLC is actively seeking to fillthe Corporate Lawyer position for its’ Corporate Law Department.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Advising and supporting clients on corporate ,commercial and Shipping law matters
- Drafting and preparation of various corporate documents (contracts, agreements, resolutions, POA’s, Corporate Registers , Merger and Acquisitions etc.)
- Advising and supporting clients regarding Company’saffairs and practices for any project the Company might be involved
Minimum Qualifications
- University Degree in Lawand Member of the Cyprus Bar Association
- At least three years of experience in a Law Firm or Corporate Service Provider.
- Excellent command of the English and Greek languages
