We are looking to recruit a corporate lawyer with 2-4 years of experience.
Duties and responsibilities
- Drafting and/or reviewing contracts, legal opinions, resolutions, power of attorneys and any other legal documents;
- Handling various corporate transactions (i.e. re-domiciliation of companies, SPA, merger and acquisitions etc.)
- Liaising with the Registrar of Companies and relevant governmental authorities if needed;
- Advising and consulting clients on various matters relating to corporate and commercial, real estate and immigration;
- Participating in meetings and having ongoing communication with clients and other relevant authorities;
- Undertake legal research;
- Undertaking any other responsibilities of a lawyer, according to the needs of the firm from time to time.
Requirements
- Law Degree;
- A master’s degree will be considered as an advantage;
- Member of the Cyprus Bar Association;
- At least 2-4 years of experience in a law firm or corporate service provider;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English;
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work well under pressure with client deadlines;
- Ability to understand complicated contents of legal/corporate material and transactions.
