The company ANDREY ST. TIKHONOV & CO LLC is looking for a permanent secretary / operations manager for its office in Pafos.

The everyday duties of will include:

  • Assist with client onboarding and communication.
  • Communicate with lawyers, clients, stakeholders and banks for all operations of the firm.
  • Perform internal quality control inspections to the Company’s quality control system
  • Oversee the Company’s overall day-to-day operational and key administrative duties
  • Looking after the office (informing the office requires paper, pens, coffee etc.)
  • Keeping track of cases, especially court cases
  • Managing client files and paperwork
  • Arranging timetable and meetings



Ideal candidate should have:

  • A bilingual proficiency in English and Greek, Russian will be considered as an advantage
  • A degree in secretarial course of KES COLLEGE or of CTL COLLEGE will be seen as an advantage.
  • At least three months of previous secretarial work experience (candidates with no experience, but with secretarial degree will also be considered).
  • A good command of computer
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
  • Very good organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Dynamic, with an ability to work independently at own discretion
  • Previous experience with administration software will be considered as an advantage.
