Adastra International Consultants Ltd is currently searching for a Junior Compliance Officer to join us in our Limassol office.
Responsibilities:
Assessing and ongoing monitoring of the constant compliance of the company with all applicable regulatory and legislative provisions
Providing support to the Compliance Department to fulfil the Company’s reporting obligations
Preparing the training and educating material to be sent to the staff of the Company in respect with the AML/CFT function according to the Law
Reviewing, approving, and monitoring marketing communication, materials and publications for compliance with regulations
Providing assistance to the Head of Compliance for all compliance and AML related matters
Work closely with all departments to ensure continued compliance
Keeping up to date with regulatory requirements and guidelines and assisting with updating company procedures and polices where necessary, to ensure continued compliance
Requirements:
Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Law, or any other related field. Qualification of the Cyprus Bar Association will be considered as an advantage.
Knowledge of legal requirements and controls (Anti-Money Laundering or AML). A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in compliance practice is required
Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
Languages: English and Greek, additional languages will be considered as beneficial
Remuneration and Benefits:
The remuneration to the successful candidate will be according to experience and qualifications and includes 13th salary.
Job Type: Full time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30-17:30.
