S. VASILIOU & ASSOCIATES LLC, situated in Limassol, Cyprus, is looking to recruit an experienced lawyer for their team. The candidates shall be able to demonstrate their ability to advise on legal issues in a clear, relevant, consistent way which corresponds to commercial and corporate matters. The candidates must be able to engage with clients and build relationships to act as their trusted advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Court preparation and appearances
- Preparation of legal documentation, drafting letters and legal agreements
- Regular communication with clients
- Conduct legal research for cases
- Assist with any legal documentation and reports
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines
Qualifications:
- Member of the Cyprus Bar Association
- LPC and/or LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law will be considered as an advantage
- Minimum of 2/3 years post qualification experience in corporate litigation
- Prior experience with insolvency related cases will be considered an advantage
- Advanced Greek and English language skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
