Athos Demetriou Associates LLC with offices in Nicosia are currently seeking to recruit a Lawyer to join the Corporate and Commercial Department. The successful candidate shall report to a Senior Associate, Head of Department.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage and advise on day-to-day requests from clients and provision of corporate services to clients
- Provision of legal opinions on corporate/trust matters and corporate transactions
- Drafting and amending M&A’s
- Drafting legal documents, board minutes / board governance issues
- Assistance with set up of corporate structures and licensing issues
- Legal due diligence
Key Skills/Experience:
- Law Degree preferably from a UK university
- Master’s Degree shall be considered an advantage
- Cyprus Bar Association qualification with minimum 2 years of experience in: corporate law and/or financing transactions and/or M&A work
- Fluency in Greek and English (Written & Spoken) is essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and excellent computer literacy
