The law firm of A. & E. C. Emilianides, C. Katsaros & Associates LLC seeks to recruit an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join their team, based in Nicosia.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Drafting andreviewing agreements and any other corporate documents
- Drafting and preparing legal opinions
- Drafting and preparing legal due diligence reports
- Performing detailed practical and legal research on an array of different areas
- Incorporation of Cypriot and foreign companies
KeySkills/ Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Member of the Cyprus Bar Association
- Minimum 4 years of previous experience in Corporate Law is essential for this position
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Proficiency in English language both verbally and in writing is essential
- Highly analytical with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and use critical judgment
- Computer literacy – MS office
- Interested in working as part of a dedicated team
- Ability to work well under strict deadlines and pressure
