Corporate Lawyer - Nicosia
Responsibilities:
• Prepare, draft, review, comment and make changes to various types of agreements and contracts and control execution of the associated terms and conditions
• Drafting of Legal Opinions and carry out due diligence on clients
• Provide legal advice on corporate and/or commercial matters
• Manage day-to-day- requests relating to administration of companies
• Ensure the company's compliance with Regulatory Authorities and ensuring that reporting obligations towards them are fulfilled
• Liaise with other colleagues to ensure smooth flow of information
• Remain updated on any new rules, requirements, laws or regulations within the area of responsibility
• Perform other related tasks, as required
Requirements:
• LL.B (an LL.M., with a specialization in company and/or commercial law will be considered an advantage)
• Member of Cyprus Bar Association
• At least three years of professional experience in legal services or professional services firm
• Strong sense of commitment and responsibility
• Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages; (knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage)
• Self -motivated and able to cooperate with co-workers
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Strong computer literacy skills.
