Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
- LL. BΔίπλωμα, LL.MΔίπλωμα και/ή μεταπτυχιακό και/ή BVCή LPCθα θεωρηθεί πλεονέκτημα
- Μέλος στον Παγκύπριο Δικηγορικό Σύλλογο
- Ελάχιστη προηγούμενη πείρα στη θέση Δικηγόρου 6 χρόνια
- Εμπειρία στο χειρισμό πολιτικών και ποινικών υποθέσεων και εμφανίσεις ενώπιον Δικαστηρίων, περιλαμβανομένης και εμπειρίας στην ακρόαση πολιτικών υποθέσεων με μάρτυρες.
- Εμπειρία στο χειρισμό υποθέσεων που αφορούν εταιρικές και εμπορικές διαφορές (corporate&commerciallitigation)
- Σύνταξη δικογράφων και αιτήσεων
- Σύνταξη νομικών εγγράφων
- Άριστη γνώση Ελληνικών και Αγγλικών
- Να είστε σε θέση να αναλάβετε πρωτοβουλίες, ευθύνες και λογοδοσία

We are looking for:
- LL. B Degree;
- LL.M Degree and/or postgraduate and/or BVCor LPC will be considered an advantage;
- Cyprus Bar Membership;
- Litigation experience (PQE)6+years;
- Independent Legal Drafting of Court Applications & Summons etc.;Appearance before Courts including trial of cases at hearings with witnesses
- Fluent Greek and English Language skills;
- Have interpersonal skills to build trust, having a client-centric approach;
- Be able to take initiatives, responsibilities and accountability;
- Be a constructive problem-solver with strong negotiation skills;
- Be rapidly involved in knowledge sharing;
- Take an active part in growth-related activities of the firm.
