Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and manage reception.
- Handle calls and emails.
- Manage office supplies and filing.
- Assist the litigation department.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to foreign jurisdiction companies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in Greek and English (additional language is a plus).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
