Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and manage reception.
  • Handle calls and emails.
  • Manage office supplies and filing.
  • Assist the litigation department.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to foreign jurisdiction companies.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Fluency in Greek and English (additional language is a plus).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
