We are seeking to recruit a Graduate for the position of Compliance & Administration Officer
to join our expanding team.
 
Job Description
 
• Providing on-going support to the senior members of the firm.
• Liaising with and assisting the firm’s marketing team.
• Providing support to the firm’s compliance team in order to fulfil the firm’s reporting
obligations.
• Organising and maintaining an updated filing system.
• Addressing client enquiries.
• Performing any other compliance-related tasks that may be assigned.
• Ensuring efficient running of the office from an administrative side.
Required Skills & Experience
• University Degree from a reputable institution in a relevant field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work independently, to learn and adapt.
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
• High professional standards and work ethic.
• Self-motivated with interest in continuing education and professional development.
