Our firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lawyer to join our Litigation Department:
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle litigation cases from start to finish, including drafting pleadings, preparing legal arguments, and appearing in court.
- Conduct legal research and provide advice to clients.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, conduct negotiations and handle/supervise legal transactions.
- Negotiate settlements and alternative dispute resolutions.
- Keep up to date with changes in legislation and case law relevant to litigation practice.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver high-quality legal services.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Lawyer member of the Cyprus Bar Association
- Fluent in Greek and English Language
- Minimum 2 years of experience
