CHARALAMBOS CONSTANDINOU & CO. LLC is seeking to hire Junior Lawyer to join its office in Limassol
Duties:
• Preparing, reviewing, and executing legal opinions and various legal documents
- Appearing before court either on their own and/or guidance from Senior Lawyer
- Drafting of legal and other documents
- Liaising with various public authorities
- Preparing, reviewing, and executing commercial contracts
- Assisting with transactional compliance matters
- Assisting with client due diligence
Requirements:
- Holder of a Bachelor degree in Law (LLB)
- Master’s degree (LLM) would be considered as advantage
- Member of Cyprus Bar Association
- Good Computer Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Fluency in oral and written Greek and English
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, responsibility and professionalism
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
