Our law firm A. Danos & Associates LLC is seeking to recruit a lawyer dealing with litigation and real estate cases, for our offices in Nicosia. A previous experience of a minimum of 3 years (ideally 5 years and/or more) post qualification experience in litigation is required.
Duties:
- Lead and oversee various litigation matters and dispute resolution proceedings of the firm;
- Drafting of legal documents for submission before any court;
- Negotiations/drafting/review of various agreements including contracts of sale, lease agreements, due diligence reports, etc.
- Communication with governmental departments (tax department, land registry, municipal departments, etc.), and supervision of procedures;
- Interviewing and liaising with clients ensuring high standards of legal service and client care;
- Undertaking legal research;
Requirements:
- University Law Degree;
- Member of the Cyprus Bar Association;
- Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken);
- Using the i-Justice system;
- Excellent communication, drafting and organization skills;
- Professional attitude and result-oriented individual;
- Strong leadership and team management skills;
- Ability to work independently;
- Excellent computer skills.

- Up to 35,000 Euro/annual (gross) salary (13th month salary included);
