Qualifications:
- Admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate and commercial law.
- Fluent in Greek and English, both written and oral.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent time management and organisation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services to clients.
Job Description:
- Involved in cases related to corporate law.
- Advising clients on corporate governance and compliance issues.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating all kinds of agreements and legal documents.
- Conducting legal research and staying updated on Cyprus's legal developments.
- Corporate administration.
- Liaising with clients, associates of the firm, governmental authorities and other organisations in Cyprus and abroad.
