VERA LYSSIOTIS LLC, a boutique law firm based in Nicosia, is currently seeking to recruit a lawyer with one (1) year of professional experience.
The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of legal matters handled by the firm, with focus on corporate, real estate, immigration law, and intellectual property.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Law Degree (LLB) with at least Merit / 2:1 from an accredited university.
- Postgraduate qualification (LLM, LPC or BPTC) will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills.
- Professionalism, integrity, motivation, and team spirit.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting legal documents, including for example Sale/Purchase Agreements regarding Immovable Property, preparation of application forms with the Migration Department and corporate documents.
- Conducting legal research and preparing reports.
- Attending and/or conducting client meetings.
- Attending the Migration Department and the Land Registry
