As part of its ongoing efforts to further develop and expand its Litigation Department, and to build on its strong track record of representing high-profile local and international clients in complex disputes, G. KAIMAKLIOTIS & Co LLC is seeking to recruit a motivated and dedicated Junior Lawyer to join its Litigation Team at its Larnaca office.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Drafting pleadings, applications, affidavits, and other legal documents
- Conducting legal research and preparing reports and legal opinions
- Appearing before the courts
- Drafting written submissions for court hearings
- Providing advice to clients on all aspects of litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution
Qualifications and Requirements
- Law degree (any additional academic or professional qualifications in Law/Legal Practice will be considered an advantage)
- Member of the Cyprus Bar Association with a valid practising licence
- Excellent command of both Greek and English, written and spoken
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex tasks under strict deadlines and pressure
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- High professional standards and strong work ethic
