We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property-Commercial Lawyer to join our team in Limassol.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Contract Law, Property Law, Corporate Law
· Negotiations/drafting/review of various agreements including contracts of sale, lease agreements, construction agreements, sale of shares agreements, shareholder agreements, investment agreements, employment agreements, services agreements, due diligence reports, etc.
· Communication with governmental departments (tax department, land registry, municipal departments, etc.), execution of transactions and supervision of procedures.
· Communication with financial institutions.
· Drafting various corporate documents, POAs, affidavits, legal opinions, etc.
Immigration & Migration Law
· Preparation and submission of applications including temporary residence, permanent residence, naturalization, etc.
· Communication with governmental departments and monitoring the applications.
Qualifications & Skills
· University Degree in Law.
· LL.M (Master of Laws) will be considered an advantage.
· Member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
· Three years of experience in a law firm in Contracts/Property/Corporate/Immigration/Migration matters.
· Excellent proficiency in MS Office.
· Fluent in English and Greek (both oral and written).
· Knowledge of the Russian language will be considered an advantage.
· Understanding of confidentiality rules and non-disclosure policies.
· Responsible, attentive to details, accurate, positive and supportive.
· Excellent communication skills and organizational skills.
· Ability to work and report under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines.
· Must be enthusiastic, self-motivated, ambitious and a team player.
